Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Flowers will be delivered on the day you choose for a special occasions or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 (U.S. only).
  • Orders under $50 will have a flat-rate shipping fee based on weight and destination, calculated at checkout.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available in select areas)

Please note that shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding to international shipping in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Shop Stop 38 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you experience any issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
