  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Excluding flowers, plants, chocolate, candies etc. 
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is processed.
